The stand-alone and very lovingly renovated cottage is situated on a hillside. It offers 76 m² of living space on two floors and can accommodate 2 to max. 5 people.

On the upper floor there is the entrance hall, one seperate sleeping-room with toilet (also possible for 2 children till approx. age of 12 yrs), as well as a beautiful living room with sofa bed (for 2 persons), flat screen TV and a large balcony that offers a magnificent panorama. A wood stove provides extra warmth and atmosphere.

Kitchen with fridge and freezer, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and utensils. A solid wood staircase takes you to the ground floor.

A fully equipped, spacious bedroom with ample storage space and an extra bed can accommodate 3 people. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bath, toilet, washing machine and hair dryer.

A garden with barbecue invites you to linger. Directions by car for loading operations possible. Areas for parking are located in the immediate vicinity of the main house. Over a staircase in the garden area is the cottage is reachable from the main house.
